The savory-sweet Cold Turkey is nearly impossible to quit: Maple-sage smoked turkey breast cradled in a few ounces of crayo, nestled alongside mixed greens and Swiss cheese, all on stirato. Frankly, if our sandwich menu ever vexes you, the Cold Turkey is a great default. It's a sandwich that many, even among our very sandwich-spoiled staff, view as comfort food. It's the perennial, "nothing too exciting today, just the Cold Turkey." Which is not a bad thing at all. Add a Jean Jacket if you want some excitement.
Sandopedia: The Club-Mariner
A club sandwich like you’ve never seen before! An homage to the Golden Age of comic books in what may be the Golden Age of sandwiches! The Club-Mariner combines the flavor of land and sea, featuring the opulent pairing of Traditional Smoked Atlantic Salmon and crispy Smoked Pancetta, dressed with sweet hausmade quick pickles, lettuce, and a kiss of wasabi mayo on two slices of toasted white bread.

Sandopedia: Cajun Finn
Far and away our number one selling sandwich (by almost 3:1) and absolutely our most beloved creation is the Cajun Finn. Created in the very early days of the Smokehaus at the suggestion of a local music icon and named after one of the Goerdt clan. This "Minnesota spicy" creation features our cajun smoked salmon (also available in the deli case), scallion cream cheese, roasted red peppers, pepperoncini, and greens on stirato. Sandwiches of History gave it a 10/10 (with the "Jean Jacket" modification)! You can also find the recipe in our cookbook.

Sandopedia: Great Summer Caper
The once Summertime special that proved too viable to restrict to one season. The Great Summer Caper consists of a toasted bagel, scallion cream cheese, capers (duh!), tomato, red onion, and the true star of the show, our Nova lox. Make sure to bring some hand-cut lox from our deli case home with you because you will want to do this again ASAP.
