Sandopedia: Cajun Finn

Far and away our number one selling sandwich (by almost 3:1) and absolutely our most beloved creation is the Cajun Finn. Created in the very early days of the Smokehaus at the suggestion of a local music icon and named after one of the Goerdt clan. This "Minnesota spicy" creation features our cajun smoked salmon (also available in the deli case), scallion cream cheese, roasted red peppers, pepperoncini, and greens on stirato. Sandwiches of History gave it a 10/10 (with the "Jean Jacket" modification)! You can also find the recipe in our cookbook.

Sandopedia: The Hedonist

Northern Waters is "Home of the Hedonist!" It's an evocative sandwich, a nostalgic trip for the collective Midwestern consciousness they grew up with liverwurst sandwiches. Our Hausemade country pate is joined by mayo, mustard, cornichon picklesm red onion, and lettuce on a hero roll. Here's to the cult classic!

Sandopedia: Great Summer Caper

The once Summertime special that proved too viable to restrict to one season. The Great Summer Caper consists of a toasted bagel, scallion cream cheese, capers (duh!), tomato, red onion, and the true star of the show, our Nova lox. Make sure to bring some hand-cut lox from our deli case home with you because you will want to do this again ASAP.

Sandopedia: Northern Bagel

One of our simplest offerings is also our most impressive. The Northern Bagel is a showcase of our "traditional" smoked Atlantic salmon. Our Haus-made scallion cream cheese is the perfect counterpoint for the sweet and slightly salty salmon, and the toasted bagel is a perfect delivery device. Our second best seller after the untouchable Cajun Finn. This is possibly the best way to experience our smoked salmon.
