We use plenty of garlic in our Smoked Polish Sausage, which starts with Midwest Heritage Berkshire pork. This sausage is smoked and fully cooked: ready for the grill, the steamer, or a simple pasta dish. It also pairs well with a deep lager, fresh-baked buttery pretzel or lacto-fermented Sauerkraut.
