This Smoked Andouille Sausage is our take on the classic Cajun sausage. We liberally add a mix of bold spices, then smoke it for several hours. It’s an incredible addition to soups, jambalaya, or pasta. Breakfast will never be the same after you fry this up with eggs! Our andouille is made with the highest quality Midwest Heritage Berkshire pork.
