Our signature Smoked Atlantic Salmon is a perfect marriage of salt, sugar, and smoke. It’s hard to beat this old standby. We use only the highest quality boneless Atlantic salmon. We hand-trim, brine, then smoke each fillet with our special wood blend, then package it without the use of artificial colors or preservatives.
