The box features one whole NWS Smoked Lake Superior Whitefish—brined in salt and brown sugar, and smoked to buttery perfection—and a half-pound bag of manoomin (Ojibwe for wild rice, or “good berry”) traditionally wild-harvested from several lakes and rivers located within a 50 mile radius of the Fond Du Lac Reservation and Ceded Territories and processed by local Fond Du Lac Band members.
