That’s right, you can now subscribe to some of your favorite Smokehaus collections and have them arrive every month, hassle free! Simply navigate to the Subscriptions tab and browse the various options. Once you’ve found the one you want, add it to your cart and you will be taken directly to the checkout page. After you’ve completed your order, you’ll be all set to receive that collection once a month, automagically!
If you’re thinking of setting up a subscription, here are a few things to keep in mind:
You will be charged for each month’s order individually and can cancel at any time.
Subscription orders will repeat on the same day every month, and you will be charged every month on that day. You can expect to receive your order within one week of it being placed. You will be notified when your subscription is added to our system and again when it ships. We ship 2-day ground Monday-Wednesday nationwide, and also on Thursday for Minnesota orders. Please make sure you will be home to receive your order the day it arrives. We will not refund orders that are sent and not refrigerated in time.
If you need to pause or change the date of your subscription, you can email or call us with your new date and we will change it for you. Delaying your subscription renewal affects all future renewals. For example, if your subscription is set to renew on the first day of the month at 12 PM, and you delay it until the second, it will renew on the second day of the month at 12 PM until the end of your subscription.
If you would like to see the status of your subscription or cancel it, you can do that from your customer account. After logging in, click My Account, and then Subscriptions. You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you would like to cancel an order that’s being processed but has not yet shipped, please contact us.
