We are ready to say YES! We will deliver 1 or 2 sandwiches to you and your office buds, friends, family and other loved ones! We will deliver pieces of Salmon, sticks of Pepperoni and more.

We deliver by bike and car and this time around, we have a larger delivery range. We will go up to Skyline & West Arrowhead and we will go from 40th Ave West and 60th Ave East.
Boxed lunches are available for an extra $4.00 and include chips, a cookie, a pickle, and the sandwich/salad of your choice.
All of our sandwiches feature our very own premium ingredients, from dry-cured Salamini to fermented sauerkraut, we strive to incorporate as much of our own stuff as possible in each menu item. What that means is that when you order a Buffalo `06 or Pastrami Mommy, you are going to enjoy a stack of eye of round from a bison raised in North Dakota, which is then brined for a week, rubbed with fresh garlic, pepper, and spices, smoked for a day, and finally sliced by our careful prep department. When you order an Italiensk, Dewitt Seitzer, or Squealy Dan, you will receive salami that started out as Berkshire hog raised on a small farm in Southern Minnesota, was ground here at Northern Waters Smokehaus, mixed with fresh garlic, herbs, spices, and sometimes wine, hand stuffed and tied into casings, and hung to dry for 20 days in our small curing room before again being sliced daily by our prep team. Each and every protein we build a sandwich around has a similar story.
We also strive to track down exemplary versions of bread, cheese, and produce (because we don’t yet have space to produce these things ourselves, mostly), and are always on the lookout for high-quality, delicious additions to our menu. Some of our current partners are Lake Superior Bakehouse, Tribeca Ovens, Bay Produce, Yker Acres, Sunrise Dairy, Stickney Hill, Six Point Berkshire, Lake Superior Fish Company, Simple Gifts, and Wild Acres.
Our menu is unusual and our approach has been called outlandish, but time has proven that our customers taste the difference and that our diligence and sincere commitment to quality actually matters.

THE SILENCE OF THE LAMBWICH
A smoke-roasted, curry-rubbed leg of lamb, sliced thin and adorned with fresh basil, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, and our Madras-spiked yogurt. Served on pillowy naan.
Sometimes, you just need to have one of these. House-smoked Cajun-spiced Atlantic Salmon, green onion cream cheese, roasted red peppers, pepperoncini and lettuce on stirato. One of our first sandwich inventions and still one of our all-time bestsellers.
Haus-made Wild Alaskan sockeye gravlax (dry-cured salmon) with cucumber, shredded veggies, pickled ginger, cilantro, chili sauce, and wasabi mayonnaise on a hero roll. A fresh, unique adaptation of Asian and Scandinavian ingredients.
Our very popular Smoked Salmon Pate (traditional smoked Atlantic salmon, green onion, parsley, lemon juice, horseradish, spices, and mayonnaise), lettuce, tomato, cucumber, cilantro, and vinegar and oil rolled in naan. This one’s name makes it fun to order.
THE BIG DIPPER
Our smoke-roasted MN Berkshire Porketta (made with plenty of fresh parsley, garlic, and red pepper flakes), provolone, pepperoncini, green olives, and butter on stirato. Cut into thirds for easier dipping, this shop favorite is served with an amazingly zesty 3-Pepper dipping sauce.
BANH FAUX MI
Banh Faux Mi, Banh Faux You … this meaty, spicy, immensely satisfying sandwich is based on the famous Vietnamese Banh Mi, a French/Vietnamese hybrid that seems to please everyone. Made with Smoked Berkshire Ham, Country Pate, quick pickles, Smokehaus kimchi, cilantro, hoisin (contains gluten), chili sauce, and butter on hero. Excellent to save for later: the flavors only get better with a little time.
A quarter pound of Bison Pastrami, provolone, pepperoncini and fresh greens on rye with a healthy dose of mustard and mayo.
This is a turkey sandwich to end all turkey sandwiches. Our Sage-Maple Smoked Turkey Breast sliced thin and layered with lettuce and Swiss cheese. Served on a stirato roll with our lovely house-made Crayo (craisen-walnut-garlic mayonnaise).
Your choice of house-made corned beef or a quarter pound of Bison Pastrami with our delicious fermented sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and our special recipe (we’ll never tell) Russian dressing on rye. Served toasted*, this one is certainly a cult classic! Try it with Smokehaus kimchi.

Our Corned Beef Brisket, which we slow-cook for kind of an amazing amount of time, Swiss cheese, lettuce, onion, tomato, mustard, and horseradish mayo on rye. Normal name, extraordinary flavor!
Country-style liver pate, Cornichon (French sweet-sour pickles), onion, lettuce, mustard and mayo on hero roll. A grown-up liverwurst sandwich!

The sandwich that started it all, and perhaps the very best way to experience the pure flavor of our meats. Your choice of haus-made Smoked Pork Loin, Salami, Berkshire Ham, or any of our current dry-cured meats (call for the current roll call) on hero with plenty of local Dahl’s Sunrise Dairy butter. Simply delicious!
NORTHERN WATERS SALAD
A bed of lettuce supports the layers of pickled ginger, cilantro, cucumber, Marcona almonds, shredded cabbage, and a healthy serving of our Traditional Smoked Atlantic Salmon. We finish this big beauty with sesame vinaigrette and dot it with wasabi mayo and chili sauce.
This one is for our vegetable-loving customers. Green onion cream cheese, roasted red peppers, cucumbers, shredded cabbage, tomatoes, onions, lettuce and cilantro on a stirato roll, drizzled with a touch of sesame oil. A veggie bomb!
A cult-worthy sandwich, kid-friendly (but adult-friendly too), simple & soft with your choice of Ham, Pork Loin, Turkey or Salami. We spread mayo on classic white bread with crisp leaves of lettuce.
MONDAY SPECIAL: SMOKEHAUS TACOS
A rotating cadre of Hausmade tacos every Monday, including smoked Lake Trout, slow-cooked Berkshire pork shoulder, confit, lengua, and anything else that we see fit to throw in a tortilla.
