Meet the newest product here at The Smokehaus: Smoked Pastrami. It starts with Regional Hereford Beef Brisket, then add some garlic, coriander and other spices and let it sit in brine for 7 days. We smoke the brisket for several hours before it’s ready for mouth-watering consumption. Here in our Duluth shop, we make a sandwich lovingly called the Pastrami Mommy. It calls for a quarter-pound of smoked pastrami, pepperoncini, provolone, lettuce, mustard & mayo on rye. So satisfying!
Smoked Pastrami Details
- Two, three, or four pound chunk
- Typically ships frozen
- Recommend to slice with a sharp serrated knife
- Or, cut chunk in half and freeze some for later!
Due to the perishable nature of our specialty, hand-crafted food, we require expedited shipping using FedEx 2-day services. Everything is packed in a lined box with ice to keep the food cold as it arrives on your doorstep. The shipping rate for all orders is $28.00, unless otherwise stated. We ship orders received by noon CST M-W on the day they are received (pending product availability). We also do this on Thursdays for orders shipped within Minnesota.
