Made with a collar-butt cut of Minnesota-raised Berkshire pork, we make our Porketta with plenty of fresh garlic, fresh flat-leaf parsley, red pepper flakes, and fennel, then roll it, tie it, and smoke-roast it to tender perfection. We use it in the deli cold-cut style for our Big Dipper sandwich, but it is terrific served whole as a roast. Read about heating instructions on our blog. Shipping Details

Due to the perishable nature of our specialty, hand-crafted food, we require expedited shipping using UPS Ground or 2-day services. Everything is packed in a lined box with ice to keep the food cold as it arrives on your doorstep. The shipping rate depends on the final destination of the order and ranges from $18-$65. Orders taken Sunday-Tuesday are shipped the day after they are received (pending product availability). We also ship on Thursdays for orders placed Wednesday that are shipped within Minnesota.     Delicious! Everyone loved it. So tender and full of flavor. Would definitely order again. I roasted it with baby potatoes and Brussels sprouts and a little chicken broth, and the vegetables were outstanding as well.

    Coming from the Iron Range, this is by far the best porketta I have ever tasted. It is a bit spendy, but worth every dime. The pastrami is also very good!

    I ordered the threshold amt of other products in order to receive the complementary porketta steak and was blown away. I served it with tagliatelle and followed the recipe card they included with my order. Easy dinner and I was a hero. Tasted as if out of a 5 star restaurant. Absolutely delicious.
