This beauty starts with MN Berkshire collar-butt and is adorned with plenty of garlic, parsley, fennel and red pepper flakes to engulf your home with aromatics and water your mouth.



Made with a collar-butt cut of Minnesota-raised Berkshire pork, we make our Porketta with plenty of fresh garlic, fresh flat-leaf parsley, red pepper flakes, and fennel, then roll it, tie it, and smoke-roast it to tender perfection. We use it in the deli cold-cut style for our Big Dipper sandwich, but it is terrific served whole as a roast. Read about heating instructions on our blog. Due to the perishable nature of our specialty, hand-crafted food, we require expedited shipping using FedEx 2-3day services. Everything is packed in a lined box with ice to keep the food cold as it arrives on your doorstep. The shipping rate depends on the final destination of the order and ranges from $18-$60. We ship orders received by noon CST M-W on the day they are received (pending product availability).
