This Smoked Andouille Sausage is our take on the classic Cajun sausage. We liberally add a mix of bold spices, then smoke it for several hours. It’s an incredible addition to soups, jambalaya, or pasta. Breakfast will never be the same after you fry this up with eggs! Our Andouille is made with the highest quality pork, Minnesota Berkshire Pork. Shipping Details

Due to the perishable nature of our specialty, hand-crafted food, we require expedited shipping using UPS Ground or 2-day services. Everything is packed in a lined box with ice to keep the food cold as it arrives on your doorstep. The shipping rate depends on the final destination of the order and ranges from $18-$65. Orders taken Sunday-Tuesday are shipped the day after they are received (pending product availability). We also ship on Thursdays for orders placed Wednesday that are shipped within Minnesota.     I used to travel Loisiana as part of my banking job and never found adouillle better than this (some hotter yes but tastier, no) I use it all the time in my seafood gumbo and in place of italian sausage for pizza once in awhile.

    VERY tasty! Ate some right out of the package when it came, put the rest in my Cajun Bayou Stew. It made the stew extra good. The best Andouille sausage Ive ever had.
