Types of Sausages
Classic German Brat– get your mustard trio ready, baby! This sausage features veal, Berkshire pork, milk, salt and super-duper secret Germanic spices.
Beer Brat– We call this one the “big friendly” because it’s made with a MN staple, Grain Belt Premium beer. This sausage features Grain Belt beer, Berkshire pork, Smokehaus Bacon, salt, pepper and ground mustard.
Italian Sausage– “MIA MADRE QUELLA SALSICCIA!” Or you can just say “Damn! That’s good.” This sausage features Berkshire pork, salt, pepper, cayenne, crushed pepper, garlic, dried parsley, coriander, fennel seed, & bay leaves.
Maple Breakfast Sausage- Just sweet enough to kick your breakfast into a higher gear. We grind Berkshire pork and mix it with salt, crushed red pepper, sage, marjoram, cayenne, maple syrup, and honey.
Jalapeño Bacon Brats- This sausage is an Eric favorite. It features Berkshire pork, Smokehaus Bacon, jalapeños, ginger ale, salt brown sugar, and spices.
Apple Brats- It took us several years to source the perfect apples to use for our recipe, and it does not disappoint. We grind Berkshire pork and combine it with dried organic apples, apple juice, spices, and salt.
- All Berkshire Pork is ground in Haus and hand-pumped.
- We use natural casings for all of our sausages.
- Each package weighs an average of 1.00 lb

Due to the perishable nature of our specialty, hand-crafted food, we require expedited shipping using UPS Ground or 2-day services. Everything is packed in a lined box with ice to keep the food cold as it arrives on your doorstep. The shipping rate depends on the final destination of the order and ranges from $15-$65. Orders taken Sunday-Tuesday are shipped the day after they are received (pending product availability). We also ship on Thursdays for orders placed Wednesday that are shipped within Minnesota.
